What does the international recruitment coaching include?

In the coaching, you will learn what to consider in international recruitment, how to manage the process efficiently, and who can support you along the way.

 

The coaching consists of an initial assessment and two coaching sessions that provide practical information and support tailored to your needs. All sessions are conducted remotely, allowing you to participate flexibly from any location. 

Initial assessment

During the initial assessment, we will identify your specific needs and goals for the coaching. Based on this information, we will finalize the content of the first coaching session. 

First coaching session (3 h)

The first coaching session will cover the components of the international recruitment process. You will learn why international recruitment can be a profitable solution, what to consider, what to do in practice, and which services are available to support you.

 

The session provides insights on:

●    Recruitment channels and partners
●    Best practices
●    Support services available
●    Step-by-step progress of the entire process

Second coaching session (3 h)

The second coaching session will focus on issues specific to your organization. You can choose the topics based on the first session or your current situation.

 

Topics may include:

 

●      Finding international talent in Finland or abroad

●      Hiring individual employees

●      Managing regulatory requirements

●      Developing internal processes related to international recruitment

 

After the coaching, you will receive a detailed action plan to help you begin your international recruitment process.

How do I sign up?

Sign up by booking a coaching session through our online calendar. You’ll then receive a link to the initial assessment form and the online coaching session.

 

The coaching is provided by Work in Finland in collaboration with Startup Refugees.
